So, is this some weird perspective shot, or a scene from Inception? Because there’s no way you could climb (let alone drive) up a hill of the angle that appears to be without using the grass as handholds, and they’ve paved over the grass.

Jumping Spider – Tutelina elegans 

True to its scientific name Tutelina elegans (Araneae – Salticidae) is really a stylish and good looking jumping spider with long eyebrows. This is a small, iridescent-green species native to Eastern North America. The female is almost uniform iridescent green that may appear gold or even purple at different angles.
