It really is not.
My boyfriend insists that it is.
I say he is full of lies.
Possible but rare. I think I’ve managed it a couple of times.
The worst part is only being tired upon awakening and almost never when going to bed. Clearly, 24 hours is too short a day cycle. The Munroe method (20/8 or 19/9) is too long, and has too short a sleep length. 16/10 sounds about right most of the time.
Unfortunately, I value a consistent schedule even more than I value restful sleep, and it’s impractical to move to Bajor.
