Qualia Fest is a music festival founded by philosopher Richard Brown where various bands composed of philosophers of mind and neuroscientists perform music about consciousness and qualia.
None of them can tell you what it sounds like, though.
I’m imagining a dark metal band screaming “FOR ALL WE KNOW, THIS SOUNDS LIKE MUSIC TO YOU!”
Discussions of philosophy of mind = orders of magnitude better than discussions of theory of mind.
(If I can claim to have theory of mind I pretty clearly have it, okay?)

I really need to be more careful about “forever reblog” precommitments.

Yup, it’s a loop.
At this point I am just being mean.
The only way out is to coordinate a staggered tumblr break amongst mutuals that have the forever reblog precommitment.
Alternatively: Does blocking a post such that you don’t even see a notification that it was blocked count as breaking the precommitment?

(It does raise a lot of issues, though. Can one really be said to have “woken up” if one has no brain to wake up with? Do I magically retain my mind despite having nowhere to keep it? If so, is this going to be an and-I-must-scream thing, or more of a restful break from life as a biped? This makes a big difference in my reaction, you know.)
