No, that can’t be it. The option makes it sound like after two weeks, the reply button gets turned OFF. (Which is weird.) Anyway, it doesn’t matter, ‘cause I have both of those selected.
That’s… really weird. There’s not a reply button on the posts when you look at your dash?
—PMI don’t see any reply button on the dashboard version. I found a screenshot during my (otherwise fruitless) attempt to use The Power of Google™, and the reply button was quite obvious in the picture. Unless they’ve changed the layout since then, but none of the other buttons I can find seem right either.

I’ve heard Tumblr does a lot of non-sense-making things. At least now we understand the specific way in which this doesn’t make sense and can de-confuse any other newbies who come along.
